Q: How young is too young to start roller skating?
A: Skating can be introduced at any age. However, you must be 4 years old or older to roll with Nastassia Hamor.
Q: I am an adult who has never skated before. Can I learn too?
A: Yes! It is never too late!
Q: How old is too old to skate?
A: Skating is a lifetime sport! As long as you are physically able to, you may skate!
Q: About how many sessions does it take to learn?
A: Everyone learns at their own pace. However, in 6-10 lessons skaters should be able to move on their own fairly comfortably.
Q: I already know how to skate but want to learn a specific skill, try out for a skating team, or skate a marathon. Can you help?

Q: Is skating dangerous?
A: Skating is considered a high risk sport and injury can happen. However, at Skatebetternow, safety is our number 1 priority.
